All our flights are covered by our Air Travel Organisers licence (ATOL 2207) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our flights are operated by Monarch, Thomas Cook, Britannia, British Airways, Excel, Mytravel and may other well known airlines using modern aircraft such as the A300, a320 A321 Airbus, Boeing 767, 757 and 737.

Our flights are subject to operational changes and at the time of going to press we cannot confirm the specific airline or type of aircraft on which you will travel, and we reserve the right to substitute the airline or aircraft type when necessary. Our flight timings indicated are for guidance only and are our best estimates, based on historical schedules.
Holiday brochures do go to press before flying programmes are finalised and in advance of the
international scheduling committee meetings at which time the airlines slot times are allocated. We will advise you of any major changes as they occur and in all cases updated flight times using the 24 hour clock system will be shown on your travel documents. Some flights may
stop at an airport en route for technical reasons, for example refuelling, and since factors affecting these requirements may change without notice we cannot always notify you in advance. In some cases resorts can be served by overseas airports other than advertised in
this brochure. A change of overseas airport, airlines or aircraft type does not entitle you to cancel without penalty and you may be liable to pay an additional supplement where applicable.

Transfers
In most cases transfers are provided and on arrival at your destination you will be met by our representative and taken to your resort. Transfer journey times are shown on the various resort pages. Timings given are the shortest journey times and do not allow for general delays which may be caused by waiting incoming flights, traffic delays, or by a number of other resorts en
route.

Flight Supplements
Price panels show a basic holiday price, which usually includes the lowest flight costs applicable to that route. These flights show a nil flight supplement, which is clearly shown against the flight supplements below.

Tickets
Approximately 14 days before the start of your holiday you will receive your flight tickets and travel documents. Your ticket will show your flight number. If you are travelling from Gatwick or Manchester passengers should check which terminal they should report to. When a customer books within 12 days of holiday departure date, a ticket on departure (TOD) will be issued at the airport. To cover the cost of this service Whitehall Leisure reserve the right to charge a fee per
passenger at the time of booking.

Special Requests
The carriage of Diving equipment, bicycles and windsurfing boards may be carried subject to clearance from the airline, but transportation cannot be guaranteed and a charge may also be levied. Regulations governing carriage of these items vary between the airlines. It is therefore advisable to check beforehand. Upon arrival it may not be possible to transport the extra luggage with our normal transfer and all extra costs must be incurred at the owners expense. Wheelchair assistance at the airport of departure can be pre-arranged if you give us at least 10 days notice before your departure. We advise that only collapsible wheelchairs are accepted for carriage on airlines and they are not included in your baggage allowance. In flight meals are provided by most airlines however some airlines have started to charge a supplement and this will be dvised to you at the time of booking. Special meals requirements may be available in-flight if requested in advance, some meals ie kosher are subject to an additional charge. If available, please check

British Airways schedule flights – The schedule service offers spacious leather seats and a full complimentary drinks menu.
